Made of 600 Denier nylon with PVC backing, a high UV rating, and 4 heavy-duty straps, which hold securely. Two zipper pulls make access easy and, when pulled together, allow a luggage-size padlock (not included) to secure the contents.

An interior clear pouch holds registration, or lifts out and holds a large cell phone. The soft plastic pouch is finger sensitive to let you take advantage of its GPS functions.
