The Max+ is a wide tire variation of our combined upgrade to tried-and-true MotoTote motorcycle carriers, the m3 and Sport. Built on our reliable 600 lb. rated MTX platform, it has improved stability, upgraded traction, and hauls even larger oversized tires with its new, innovative MaxHold HD Track and upgraded attachments. Plus, it is easier than ever to hook up with our new ZeroWobble+ bolt. It attaches to any 2" receiver with fewer tools and upgraded weather resistant hardware, transforming your car, truck, van, or RV into a ruggedly robust motorcycle hauler for sport bikes, scramblers and dual sports.

Technology & Features:

1. MTX Platform
Heavy-duty steel main support connects to 2" receivers, hauls up to 600 lbs. (272 kgs.), supports track/chock adjustability, and the attachment of innovative components.
2. EasyLoad Ramp
A longer webbed steel ramp reduces angle, maximizes traction, and eliminates bottoming out while loading. Ramp hooks directly into tire track and will not disengage during loading.
3. MaxHold HD Tracks
Adjustable laser cut track with improved geometry and reinforcements offers unrivaled wedging and grip to secure a range of oversized rear tire sizes up to 9" (229 mm) and adjusts up to a 62" (157 cm) wheelbase.
4. ZeroWobble+ Hitch Mount
Upgraded mount eliminates rack movement laterally in transport and requires fewer tools for installation.
5. StableStop Chock

Adjustable tire mount secures front tires up to 5.5 inches (139 mm), adds lateral support, and holds the bike upright while securing tie-downs. 6. BroadPull+ Arm
Extended length tie-down arms expand strap angles and maximize leverage.

I got this particular model of MotoTote because it is the perfect track size for my Grom front and rear tires. It’s built like a tank, yet apparently only 59 pounds (I didn’t weigh it to verify). Assembly was very straightforward with good instructions and videos for every step. It definitely is very manageable moving around and putting in the receiver for one person. The zerowobble pin keeps it very snug. Everything about this makes it super easy for one person to load and secure a bike. The ramp is great, the front wheel gets snugged into place which keeps the bike upright and makes getting tie downs in place super easy. This thing is just the best. I took a bit of a chance getting one of the first of a brand new model, but there was very little risk involved considering they put all the combined know how from all their past carriers into this, then improved on several. It’s not the cheapest carrier you can find, but I can’t imagine one any better than this. I feel the quality and how secure it keeps my bike is worth what I paid for sure. I got the light kit too, which is definitely recommend as well.
