US Taxes
United States customers with a shipping address in California, USA must pay Adventure Designs LLC California sale tax directly. Our online order system will automatically add the sales tax to your order if it is necessary. All other US states are not required to pay us sales tax.
International Taxes/Duty/Customs:
All international orders are required to pay duty and/or customs tax directly to their country upon arrival. Every country has different duty/customs laws and fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
We cannot label international shipments as a "gift" or "sample". If we do this we and you are liable for fraud. US Customs, US Postal Service and the delivery country customs authorities could prosecute you and us in the court of law. We will label each shipment as merchandise. In the event of a warranty repair or exchange we will label the shipment accordingly.
Guarantees and Return Policy
Adventure Designs LLC offers a 30-day return policy. All returns must be in new and un-used condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. If an item is installed and/or used in any way and we cannot sell it as new, we must charge a 20% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging. All components, manuals, and accessories must be included. Adventure Designs inspects all returns and reserves the right to return merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.
