The Heidenau K76 is a long-lasting, street-oriented tubeless rear tire made in Germany specifically for today's large adventure-touring motorcycles. We classify the Heidenau K76 as a 90/10 tire that works best for those who do 90 percent of their miles on pavement but still want a little off-road capability. The large tread blocks on the Heidenau K76 improve mileage on pavement and provide a bigger contact patch, but the aggressive tread still lets you explore unpaved roads with confidence. Adventure Designs customers have told us that the Heidenau K76 provides excellent tread life.

"My K76 tires have 9,800 miles on them now and I feel like I can offer an opinion. I love these tires, they last pretty damn good, the rear has maybe 3K left on it, the front even more. They did better then Tourances in the dirt - I think of Tourances as 90/10's and I rate the K76's more like 80/20's. I crossed some streams and hit a lot of wet pavement on my little around the block ride, they did well in the wet, I have a hard guess on wet pavement where the tires grip ends and the anti lock/traction control begins, but from what I can tell they did damn fine, I always felt well planted. So next set of tires I put on this beast will be another pair of K76's."
